Job Description

A Cosmetics Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling beauty and skincare products to customers while providing expert advice on product selection based on skin types, preferences, and trends. The role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The specialist will work closely with store management, beauty advisors, and brand representatives to meet sales targets and enhance the shopping experience. A strong passion for the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.


Responsibilities:

  • provide personalized beauty consultations and recommend suitable cosmetic and skincare products

  • educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and skincare routines

  • demonstrate product usage through live tutorials or in-store applications

  • achieve and exceed sales targets by engaging customers and upselling related products

  • build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

  • stay updated with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand promotions

  • ensure proper stock management, replenishment, and merchandising of beauty counters

  • collaborate with store managers and marketing teams to plan promotional activities

  • handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently

  • maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display of cosmetic products


Requirements:

  • previous experience in cosmetics sales or beauty advisory, preferably in a retail setting

  • strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products from leading brands

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

  • professional appearance and a passion for the beauty industry

  • fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus

  • flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per store requirements
