Construction Manager

The Construction Manager oversees all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and monitoring. They collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget. The Construction Manager must have strong leadership and project management skills. They should possess excellent knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Review and approve project designs, materials, and subcontractor bids.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction projects.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role.
