Client Service Agent

As a Client Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their satisfaction. You will handle client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. A successful candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle client complaints and escalate to appropriate departments, if necessary.
