We are seeking a highly motivated Business Setup Advisor to assist clients in establishing and expanding their businesses in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of business formation processes, free zones, mainland, and offshore company structures. This role requires excellent communication, sales, and problem-solving skills to guide clients through the setup process efficiently.
Responsibilities:
provide expert consultation to clients on business setup options, including mainland, free zone, and offshore structures
assist clients in selecting the most suitable jurisdiction and legal structure based on their business needs
handle end-to-end company registration processes, including trade license applications, visa processing, and documentation
coordinate with government authorities, free zone entities, and legal departments to ensure smooth business formation
stay updated on UAE laws, regulations, and industry trends related to business setup and investment
develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide ongoing support and advisory services
generate leads and drive business growth by networking, attending industry events, and following up on inquiries
assist clients with banking, taxation, and compliance-related matters to ensure successful business operations
prepare and submit required documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements:
bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field
minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business setup consultancy, company formation, or a related field in the UAE
strong knowledge of UAE business regulations, free zones, and mainland company structures
excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a plus
proven ability to generate leads and convert them into clients
proficiency in handling government portals and business registration systems
detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
strong client relationship management skills and a customer-centric approach
