Business Setup Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Setup Advisor to assist clients in establishing and expanding their businesses in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of business formation processes, free zones, mainland, and offshore company structures. This role requires excellent communication, sales, and problem-solving skills to guide clients through the setup process efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• provide expert consultation to clients on business setup options, including mainland, free zone, and offshore structures
• assist clients in selecting the most suitable jurisdiction and legal structure based on their business needs
• handle end-to-end company registration processes, including trade license applications, visa processing, and documentation
• coordinate with government authorities, free zone entities, and legal departments to ensure smooth business formation
• stay updated on UAE laws, regulations, and industry trends related to business setup and investment
• develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide ongoing support and advisory services
• generate leads and drive business growth by networking, attending industry events, and following up on inquiries
• assist clients with banking, taxation, and compliance-related matters to ensure successful business operations
• prepare and submit required documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field
• minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business setup consultancy, company formation, or a related field in the UAE
• strong knowledge of UAE business regulations, free zones, and mainland company structures
• excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• proven ability to generate leads and convert them into clients
• proficiency in handling government portals and business registration systems
• detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• strong client relationship management skills and a customer-centric approach
• valid UAE driver’s license is preferred
