Job Description

The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This position involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with business intelligence tools to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.


Responsibilities:

  • gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

  • collaborate with different departments to identify areas for improvement in business processes

  • develop and present business models, process flows, and functional specifications

  • conduct market and data analysis to support business decision-making

  • coordinate with IT and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions

  • track project progress, timelines, and deliverables while managing risks and dependencies

  • create reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools to monitor key performance indicators

  • provide recommendations for system enhancements and operational efficiencies

  • facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and strategies

  • ensure compliance with business policies, regulations, and industry best practices


Requirements:

  • bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, finance, or a related field

  • proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role

  • strong knowledge of business process modeling and requirement gathering techniques

  • proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel

  • experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)

  • excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills

  • strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus

  • ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is an advantage
