Branch Sales Officer - Bank

As a Branch Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving business targets for our organization. You will be responsible for developing relationships with both new and existing customers, promoting our financial products and services, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote our financial products and services

- Meet and exceed business targets by actively prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate new leads and referrals

- Conduct comprehensive financial consultations with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions

- Promote and cross-sell a variety of banking products including loans, mortgages, credit cards, and investment options

- Ensure all sales activities are compliant with banking regulations and policies

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns and resolving issues promptly

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to customers

- Act as a brand ambassador for the bank by participating in community events and promoting our brand and services

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers

- Knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficiency in MS Office and other sales software, such as CRM

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
