Banking Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Banking Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell a range of banking products and services to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solicit potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Promote and sell banking products and services to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about banking products
• Assist customers in opening accounts, applying for loans, or managing their finances.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the bank.
• Conduct financial needs assessments for customers and recommend suitable products.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
• Keep updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong sales acumen and customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of banking products and services
