Assistant Manager - Finance

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Finance to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• prepare financial statements, reports, and variance analysis
• ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• support audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis
• oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making
• coordinate with internal departments to optimize financial processes
• manage cash flow and monitor financial performance indicators

Requirements:

• bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred
• proven experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing
• strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations
• proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• strong communication and leadership abilities
