The Arabic Copywriter will play a key role in creating compelling, culturally relevant, and persuasive content in Arabic for a wide range of platforms including digital, print, social media, and advertising campaigns. Working closely with marketing, branding, and creative teams, the Arabic Copywriter ensures that all written materials effectively convey brand messages, maintain tone consistency, and engage the target audience across the Middle East region. This role requires exceptional language skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior.
Responsibilities:
Write clear, persuasive, and original content in Arabic for marketing materials, websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and brochures.
Translate and localize English content into Arabic while maintaining the brand voice and adapting it to suit cultural nuances.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other content creators to produce cohesive, high-quality campaigns.
Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, brand alignment, and message clarity.
Contribute creative ideas for advertising concepts, taglines, and promotional strategies.
Research market trends and competitor messaging to create fresh and engaging content.
Adapt writing style for various target audiences and media platforms.
Ensure timely delivery of all copy requirements while meeting project deadlines.
Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all communication channels.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings with internal teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Arabic Literature, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a professional Arabic copywriter, preferably within advertising, media, or marketing.
Native Arabic speaker with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in English for understanding and translating source material.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles and campaign work.
Solid understanding of digital content strategies, SEO basics, and social media trends.
Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and brand communication.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
High attention to detail and time management skills.
Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
