Tele Sales Executive - Real Estate

Location: Abu Dhabi 
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in UAE Real Estate Market

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, especially off-plan properties, and must be able to communicate effectively with clients in English. Proficiency in other languages will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers across the UAE
• Conduct property presentations and site tours for potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with market trends, projects, and regulations
• Provide clients with guidance and support throughout the buying process

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience (off-plan sales preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
