Sonographer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Sonographer to join our medical team. The Sonographer will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures on patients and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ultrasound technology and be able to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely results.

Responsibilities:

• Performing ultrasound scans on patients according to physician orders
• Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Interpreting and analyzing images to provide accurate diagnostic reports
• Consulting with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Maintaining patient records and adhering to patient confidentiality guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
• Certification in Sonography from an accredited program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing scans
