Job Description

The Planning & Operations role is responsible for managing and coordinating projects and operations in the Middle East and Africa region. This includes strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and oversight of project delivery. The Planning & Operations professional should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and achievement of organizational goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives in the Middle East and Africa region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess project needs and priorities.
  • Allocate resources effectively to optimize project delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and competitive landscapes.
  • Prepare and present reports, including financials, project status, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and legal requirements.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with external partners, clients, and vendors.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in planning and operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management or planning and operations roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Middle East and Africa region and its business dynamics.
