Job Description

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize our organization's compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll management, benefits administration, and market trends to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs in alignment with company policies and industry standards.
  • Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to oversee payroll processing and tax regulations.
  • Develop and update compensation policies, bonus structures, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct market research and salary surveys to recommend competitive salary structures.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management on compensation trends and analysis.
  • Handle employee inquiries and grievances related to compensation and benefits.
  • Support the annual performance appraisal and salary review process.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong understanding of salary structures, incentive plans, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR, finance, and leadership teams.
