Employers agree not to post defamatory, false, misleading, or threatening reviews or content about TALENTMATE® or its services on social media or public platforms. Attempts to harm TALENTMATE®’s reputation through false claims may result in legal action, account suspension, or termination. Employers agree not to engage in any threatening, abusive, harassing, or harmful actions directed towards TALENTMATE®, its employees, or affiliates. This includes cyber-attacks, slander, or intentional actions to disrupt the platform's operations or reputation. Violations will lead to immediate account suspension and possible legal action, including damages claims.
Employers agree that TALENTMATE® serves as a facilitator for connecting them with candidates and is not responsible for hiring decisions or the actions of candidates. By using the platform, employers waive any rights to bring legal action against TALENTMATE® for issues related to candidate selection, employment disputes, or interactions. TALENTMATE® will not be liable for damages, loss of opportunity, or indirect harm resulting from platform use.
If a Employer or Registered user wishes to cancel their account, they may log in to the TALENTMATE® portal, go to Settings, and choose the option to Close Account. Once the account deletion request is made, your account will be deleted within 7 days, and all of your data will be permanently deleted.
