By registering as an employer and using TALENTMATE®, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

3. Candidate Data Access

Through TALENTMATE®, employers may access candidate data, including:

  • Candidate profiles and resumes
  • Contact details
  • Professional and employment information

Employers agree that:

  • Candidate data is provided only for recruitment purposes
  • Data must be used only for the specific job posting or hiring need
  • Data must not be:
    • Stored externally
    • Shared with unauthorized third parties
    • Used for marketing or unrelated purposes

Any misuse of candidate data may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination
  • Legal action
4. How We Use Employer Data

We use employer data to:

  • Create and manage employer accounts
  • Publish job listings
  • Facilitate hiring and candidate matching
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve platform functionality and services
  • Ensure compliance and prevent misuse

We may also use employer and related data to provide, manage, and improve services and products offered under TALENTMATE® and its affiliated entities, including One Talent Group LLC-FZ, strictly for business, operational, and service delivery purposes in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

5. Data Sharing

We may share employer data with:

  • Complying with applicable employment and data protection laws

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
  • By registering and using TALENTMATE®, employers agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • TALENTMATE® reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Employers will be notified at least 7 days in advance, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • If an employer does not agree to the updated Terms, their account may be suspended or terminated, and associated data will be deleted within 30 days.
2. Eligibility and Registration
  • Employers must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information during registration.
  • TALENTMATE® reserves the right to verify employer legitimacy and may approve, reject, or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.
3. Job Posting Guidelines

Employers agree to:

  • Post accurate, complete, and lawful job descriptions
  • Avoid discriminatory content based on gender, nationality, religion, age, disability, race, marital status, or sexual orientation
  • Clearly specify job location (limited to GCC countries and India)

Candidate data:

  • May only be used for the specific job posting and hiring purpose
  • Must not be reused, resold, transferred, or used outside the stated job or legal entity
4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying candidate qualifications, experience, and identity
  • Ensuring legal eligibility to work
  • Conducting interviews and making hiring decisions

TALENTMATE® acts solely as a platform facilitator and is not responsible for hiring outcomes.

5. Data Protection and Usage
  • TALENTMATE® complies with applicable data protection laws in the United Arab Emirates and follows industry-standard practices to safeguard personal data.

Employers agree:

  • To use candidate data strictly for recruitment purposes
  • Not to store, extract, scrape, or build external databases
  • To maintain confidentiality of all candidate information

Any misuse of data may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination
  • Legal action
6. Fees and Payment
  • All services are provided on a prepaid subscription or package basis.
  • Pricing is defined on the official TALENTMATE® pricing page, order form, or commercial agreement
  • TALENTMATE® reserves the right to update pricing at any time
  • Pricing changes will not affect active subscriptions
  • All payments are non-refundable, except in cases explicitly defined under the SLA.
7. Account Termination

TALENTMATE® may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for:

  • Data misuse
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Violation of these Terms

Upon termination:

  • Access will be revoked immediately
  • Data will be deleted within 30 days
8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TALENTMATE® shall not be liable for:

  • Hiring decisions or employment disputes
  • Loss of profits, business opportunities, or indirect damages
  • Platform downtime, interruptions, or delays
  • Data loss beyond recoverable backups
9. Indemnity

Employers agree to indemnify and hold harmless TALENTMATE® from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of the platform
  • Violation of applicable laws
  • Improper handling or use of candidate data
10. Intellectual Property
  • All platform content, software, and materials are the exclusive property of TALENTMATE®.
  • Employers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
11. Confidentiality

Employers must maintain strict confidentiality of:

  • Candidate data
  • Platform information
  • Any business or operational data accessed via TALENTMATE®
12. Third-Party Services

TALENTMATE® may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., job boards, APIs, social media).

TALENTMATE® is not responsible for:

  • Performance or availability of third-party services
  • Data handling outside the TALENTMATE® platform
13. Prohibited Activities

Employers must not:

  • Scrape, extract, or harvest data
  • Use bots or automated tools without authorization
  • Attempt to disrupt platform operations
  • Post false, misleading, or harmful content
14. Public Conduct and Reviews

Employers agree not to publish false, misleading, or defamatory content about TALENTMATE®.

All disputes should be addressed directly through official support channels.

15. Force Majeure

TALENTMATE® shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Internet or infrastructure failures
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
17. Account Deletion

Employers may request account closure through the platform.

  • Accounts will be deleted within 7 days
  • All associated data will be permanently removed


SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

1. Platform Availability
  • TALENTMATE® targets 99.5% uptime, excluding:
    • Scheduled maintenance
    • Force majeure events
    • Third-party system failures
2. Support Response Times

Standard Issues Within 24 hours Within 48 hours
Feature Requests Within 12–24 hours Within 72 hours
3. Data Security
  • TALENTMATE® implements appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect data.
  • In the event of a data breach:
    • Notification will be provided within 72 hours
4. SLA Breach Remedies

If SLA commitments are not met:

  • Employers may receive service credits up to 30 days
  • No monetary refunds will be issued
  • SLA remedies are the sole and exclusive remedy available.
5. SLA Exclusions

SLA does not apply to issues caused by:

  • Employer misuse or configuration errors
  • Internet or network issues outside TALENTMATE® control
  • Third-party integrations or APIs
  • Force majeure events
6. Limitation of SLA Liability

Total liability under this SLA shall not exceed the value of the active subscription.
