These terms manage your use of TALENTMATE®.com website, mobile application, or its services (referred to as “Website,” “Site,” “App,” or “Services”). By using TALENTMATE® as a candidate, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, do not use our platform. We may update these terms from time to time, so please check back regularly.
TALENTMATE® reserves the right to modify these terms and will notify all registered job seekers/candidates/applicants via email 7 days prior to any changes. By continuing to use the platform after the notice period, registered job seekers/candidates/applicants agree to the updated terms. If they reject the updates, it will lead to permanent account termination, and all related data will be deleted within 30 days.
TALENTMATE® provides a platform for job seekers ("Candidates") to connect with employers for job opportunities. The platform is for personal job-seeking activities only.
For employers, TALENTMATE® is a great platform to find and hire the most suitable candidates for vacant positions. Employers can post their latest job openings to a large pool of qualified candidates.
Candidates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, terminable right to access and use the Site for personal job-seeking needs. You can view, download, or print content for non-commercial use only. TALENTMATE® retains the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Site if you violate these terms.
By registering, you provide personal details such as name, email, and location. TALENTMATE® may use this data for internal processes and to connect you with employers. We will never share personally identifiable information without your consent unless required by law. However, anonymized data may be shared with third parties for analysis.
Candidates' information will be shared with employers, primarily when candidates apply for a job listed by the employer, or when an employer requests registered candidate information via CV sourcing subscription, or as per the employer's request for skilled candidates for headhunting purposes.
Candidates should create only one account using accurate personal details (real name, email, etc.). Using false information or multiple accounts is a violation. If you violate the terms, TALENTMATE® reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. If any unauthorized use of your account occurs, you must notify TALENTMATE® immediately. We will not be responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized account use. TALENTMATE® reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if suspicious activity is detected.
While job seekers can use basic features for free, certain features require a paid subscription:
Candidates must not attempt to breach the security of the website or use bots, crawlers, or scraping tools to extract data. Unauthorized access attempts will result in suspension or legal action.
TALENTMATE® does not guarantee that you will secure employment by using the platform. All information is provided on an “as-is” basis, and TALENTMATE® is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any job listings.
TALENTMATE® cannot guarantee any job or job placement offer. Employers will choose the applicant or candidate based on their requirements and preferences, and the decision will be made by the employer.
TALENTMATE® will never ask candidates to pay any placement fee or recruitment fee. If an employer or any third party requests such fees, TALENTMATE® will not be responsible or liable for such transactions.
TALENTMATE® will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profit, or employment opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold TALENTMATE® harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
All content on the TALENTMATE® platform is owned by TALENTMATE®. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
TALENTMATE® reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The updated terms will take effect upon posting on the website. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
If a candidate or applicant wishes to cancel their account, they may log in to the TALENTMATE® portal, go to Settings, and choose the option to Close Account. Once the account deletion request is made, your account will be deleted within 7 days, and all of your data will be permanently deleted.
Candidates must act in good faith while interacting with employers. Any form of harassment, spamming, or inappropriate conduct will result in account suspension or termination.
If TALENTMATE® integrates with third-party services (e.g., job boards, social media), candidates agree that use of these services is subject to the terms and conditions of those providers, and TALENTMATE® will not be responsible for their actions.
Candidates agree not to post defamatory, false, misleading, or threatening reviews, comments, or content about TALENTMATE® or its services on social media, public forums, or other platforms. Any attempts to harm the reputation of TALENTMATE® through public defamation or false claims may result in legal action, account suspension, or termination. We encourage candidates to resolve any issues directly by contacting support@TALENTMATE®.com.
Candidates agree not to engage in any threatening, abusive, harassing, or harmful actions directed towards TALENTMATE®, its employees, or affiliates. This includes any form of cyber-attacks, slander, defamation, or any intentional action aimed at disrupting the operations or reputation of the platform. Any such actions will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action, including seeking damages for any harm caused to TALENTMATE®.
Candidates agree that TALENTMATE® is a facilitator connecting job seekers with employers and is not responsible for the final hiring decisions, employment terms, or interactions between candidates and employers. By using the platform, candidates waive any rights to bring legal action against TALENTMATE® for any issues arising from employment processes, non-selection, or disputes with employers. TALENTMATE® will not be held liable for any damages, loss of opportunity, or indirect harm resulting from platform use.
